Terms of Service

1. Provider identification
AcamFi SA Int, with address at Tecomán, Colima, Mexico. Hereafter, "the Provider".
2. Service object
Sistema Azir is an automated chatbot service for WhatsApp Business aimed at small and medium businesses (SMBs). It enables customer support, appointment booking, order registration, and can be configured from WhatsApp itself.
3. Acceptance
By using the service or the sazir.mx website, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
4. Acceptable use
The client agrees NOT to use the service for:
- Sending unsolicited messages (spam).
- Mass data scraping or extraction.
- Illegal activities or activities that violate third-party rights.
- Identity impersonation or spreading misleading information.
5. Payment and term
The service is billed monthly according to the contracted plan. Cancellation is free, with no minimum term or penalty.
6. SLA
The Provider commits to maintain the service operational with a minimum monthly uptime of 95%. Scheduled maintenance is notified at least 24 hours in advance.
7. Intellectual property
The Sistema Azir software is the property of the Provider. Business data (catalog, brand, prices) is the property of the client.
8. Limitation of liability
The Provider's liability is limited to the amount of the last monthly fee paid. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the client, or for economic losses derived from temporary service unavailability.
9. Changes to the service and these terms
Any substantial change will be notified at least 30 days in advance by email or WhatsApp.
10. Jurisdiction
For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Tecomán, Colima, Mexico.
