Identity and address of the responsible party

Data we collect
- Client business data: name, address, hours, product/service catalog.
- Dedicated WhatsApp number for the bot.
- Bot conversations with end customers (for operation and service improvement).
- Commercial contact data (name, email, WhatsApp) when the demo form is completed.
Purposes
- Operate and maintain the automated chatbot service.
- Generate usage reports and metrics for the business owner.
- Provide technical support.
- Handle demo requests and commercial inquiries.
Transfers
To operate the service, we transfer data to providers in the United States (Anthropic, OpenAI, Resend, Upstash, Vercel) under contractual clauses that comply with LFPDPPP. No provider accesses data beyond the strictly necessary scope for their service.
ARCO rights and deletion
You can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition at any time by following the procedure on the Data deletion page.
Changes to this notice
Any modification will be notified by email or WhatsApp to active clients and posted on this page with the new update date.
